The 100% guarantee on capital

This is a summary in plain English. The full document is the Capital Protection Undertaking, issued by Alive FX (Pty) Ltd, and it is the version that counts.

What it covers

If you follow the rules in the Undertaking exactly and your account is still lost in full, we pay your capital back to you — up to USD 5,000, over 12 months.

Capital means your deposits less your withdrawals. Profit is never part of it.

What it does not cover

Drawdown, losing trades, or an account that is simply smaller than when you started.
Closing the account yourself.
The robot hedging, the drawdown gearbox stepping in, or the Equity Protector firing — that is the system working as designed, and it is not a claim.

How long it runs

Ninety days from the date of purchase, on a live account opened under our broker code, one claim per account.

What you have to do

Run the presets we issue you, unchanged.
Two charts at most.
Leave the Equity Protector switched on.
No more than 0.01 lots for every USD 1,000 of capital.
Keep the EA attached and running, and keep the account under our broker code.
Trade manually only within the Learn To Read A Forex Chart rules, and never against the COT bias.
Withdraw only while your equity is at or above your deposits.

Breaking any one of these ends the cover for that account, permanently.
